Lawn treatment in The Acreage, built from your soil test.
The Acreage means 1.25-acre lots on private wells, yards that drain to swales and canals, open full sun and plenty of horses. Programs here are planned around all four.
- FDACS-certified fertilizer applicator
- From $149 per visit, no monthly contract
- Free soil walk-through
One soil test, a plan for your yard.
Every The Acreage program starts with a free on-site walk-through: soil samples, an irrigation check, and a look at the turf, trees, and palms. What goes down each visit is set by your soil numbers, not a calendar written for another state.

What The Acreage lawns actually deal with
These are the conditions we plan The Acreage programs around.
Swales and canals
Yards drain to swales and Indian Trail Improvement District canals, and heavy storms can leave lawns under water.
How we treat it: Fertilizer-free buffers along canals and no applications during flood or storm watches, so product stays on the lawn.
Well water and iron staining
Iron in well water can stain driveways and walls orange, and irrigation water quality varies from well to well.
How we treat it: Iron and micronutrients set by the soil test rather than added by default, applied away from hardscape.
Equestrian and acreage properties
Large parcels often have barns, paddocks and animals on site.
How we treat it: Visits planned around animal routines, with product choices and re-entry times explained before we start.
Timed to The Acreage’s rules
What goes down each month depends on your soil, your grass, and how the lawn is doing that week.
No summer calendar blackout in The Acreage: it is unincorporated, and Palm Beach County’s ordinance uses weather triggers rather than summer dates. Year-round, no fertilizer goes down within 10 feet of a canal or other water (3 feet with a deflector shield) or during flood or tropical storm watches and warnings.
