Out of the blue our yard started dying so we contacted multiple companies to determine the cause & offer solutions. By far the most knowledgeable person we met with was Brandon of Floridist Sod Installation & Lawn Treatment Services. He had the soil tested, then killed the effected area, tilled the area twice and put down new sod. Brandon & his team completed the project as outlined & agreed upon in a timely manner. The communication was great throughout the process and we would highly recommend using Floridist for any lawn projects.

I couldn’t be happier with my new sod , Plants, rocks!! Brandon did a wonderful job, professional easy to work with and very knowledgeable. It’s been a little over three since the site has been installed. Roots took well and sod looks Green and lush. highly recommend Brandon great job!

We had a large concrete slab removed from our backyard- and a crazy mix of weeds/grass. After meeting a few people for estimates- Brandon came out the easy choice. He was patient and thorough explaining the process. He tested the soil and leveled the yard. Before he installed the sod, he checked the soil again- adding more nutrients. He alleviated my Old Hippy concerns regarding chemicals and never talked down to us. He came back throughout the process and changed sprinkler settings- HE TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING!
