Lawn Weed Control • Palm Beach County
Fewer Weeds. Thicker Turf. No Guesswork.
Targeted pre- and post-emergent programs that eliminate weeds at the root—without putting your lawn, soil, or waterways at risk.
Why homeowners choose us
Identify first. Treat second. Prevent third.
We don’t blanket-spray and hope for the best. Every weed control program starts with proper ID and ends with a plan to keep them from coming back.
Weed identification first
We ID exactly what’s growing—broadleaf, grassy, or sedge—so we select the right chemistry for the right target every time.
Pre-emergent timing
Properly timed barrier applications that stop crabgrass, spurge, and chamberbitter before they ever germinate.
Selective post-emergents
Targeted herbicides that eliminate active weeds without damaging your St. Augustine, Zoysia, Bermuda, or Bahia turf.
Sedge & vine specialists
Nutsedge, torpedo grass, dollarweed, and other tough South Florida invaders handled with the right products and rates.
Turf-health approach
A thick, well-fed lawn is the best weed defense. We coordinate with fertilization programs to crowd weeds out naturally.
Concierge-level service
Detailed visit notes, pre/post photos, product transparency, and direct access to your lawn care specialist between rounds.

Weed Control FAQs
-
Will herbicides damage my St. Augustine grass?
No—we use selective herbicides that are labeled safe for your specific turf species. Product choice, rate, and timing are all matched to your grass type. We never use non-selective products like glyphosate on active turf.
-
What’s the difference between pre- and post-emergent?
Pre-emergent herbicides form a barrier in the soil that prevents weed seeds from germinating. Post-emergent herbicides kill weeds that are already actively growing. A good program uses both—prevention and elimination—timed to South Florida’s growing cycles.
-
Why do I still get weeds after treatment?
Weed control is ongoing, not one-and-done. Seeds blow in, wash in, and sit dormant in soil. Pre-emergents wear off after 8–12 weeks. That’s why we run a year-round program with properly timed applications instead of single visits.
-
Is it safe for kids and pets?
Yes. We use responsible application rates and products that are safe once dry—typically 30–60 minutes after application. We’ll let you know the specific re-entry window for each visit.
-
Can you get rid of nutsedge?
Yes. Nutsedge requires specific herbicides from the sulfonylurea class—standard broadleaf products won’t touch it. We target both yellow and purple nutsedge with the right chemistry and may need 2–3 rounds for full suppression since the underground tubers can regenerate.
